Dishoom Dishoom was envisioned as a tropical, juicy IPA. From Rozina “Dishoom is like the "pow" sound when people fight in Bollywood movies. It's basically like the punchy Batman/Robin fighting scenes with their sound effects. Perfect for a flavourful IPA!

We used a mixture of pale malt, wheat and oats, and hopped it with a combo of Citra and Simcoe hops, with the addition of a yet-to-be-named hop that is part of the US experimental hop breeding program, so for now it just has the eloquent placeholder name of 'HBC 1019"!
