We approached this brew using Helles Lager as a style guide and made a couple of our own tweaks.It includes primarily PEI grown and malted pilsner malt as well as some German chit malt and a bit of wheat. Hopped with German noble hops.

Crisp and dry with a solid malt backbone and a touch of hop bitterness.
